Our flagship prisoner rehabilitation program equips inmates with practical vocational skills that give them a real chance at life after incarceration. We operate in 12 correctional facilities, offering structured training in tailoring, carpentry, welding, computer literacy, and small-scale agriculture. Each cohort runs for 6 months with mentorship that continues 12 months post-release.

We partner with correctional authorities to identify inmates within 18 months of release. Each participant receives hands-on training, a starter toolkit upon release, and connection to our post-release support network including housing assistance and job placement.
